A seasoned specialist in residential land disposition, Jason has more than 20 years of experience
across the Greater Toronto and Golden Horseshoe markets. Involved in more than 350 land
transactions, he demonstrates deep market insight and a strategic approach to complex deals for
institutional and private clients. His leadership, professionalism, and expertise make him a
recognized authority in residential land brokerage and market execution.

Specializing in development and redevelopment land advisory across the Greater Toronto and
Golden Horseshoe markets, Daniel delivers strategic solutions that maximize land value for clients.
Drawing on his municipal valuation and market analysis experience, he enhances negotiation
strategies and provides trusted guidance on complex suburban and urban development

With more than 20 years of experience in cost consulting and project management, Alison provides
strategic advice from feasibility through design, construction, and occupancy. Her expertise spans
multi-residential, office, healthcare, institutional, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Alison has
supported public agencies and major developers throughout Ontario, delivering cost control, value
engineering, and peer review services that optimize outcomes across every project phase.

Focusing on mid-market investment and advisory transactions, Taylor connects private ownership
groups with institutional investors. Since 2018, he has completed over $1 billion in deals across
office, retail, industrial, and development assets. Recognized with the “Hutcheson National Top
Team” award, Taylor brings prior experience in acquisitions and asset management and is known

A lawyer and senior executive with deep experience in real estate and regulatory governance, David served as Chief Operating Officer of Tarion Warranty Corporation, leading operational excellence and risk management for Ontario’s new home warranty regulator. Since 2023, he has provided strategic planning and operational support to GENTE, leveraging his expertise in corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and industry standards to drive effective outcomes in the residential construction sector.
